Who or what is Out Of The Blue Knysna?
Out of the Blue Clothing was born in Knysna. We create garments that are about comfort and style. Our clothing lifestyle Classic and Out of the Blue brand has over 25 stores country wide as well as on our online Store.
How does THE FLASHSALE/PROMOTIONS work?
We will send emails to notify all members when we have a FLASHSALE or PROMOTION. The event will run for a limited amount of time.
How will I know when you running a FLASHSALE/PROMOTION?
Step 1: SIGNUP to our online newsletter to avoid missing out. Make sure you follow us on Facebook.
Step 2: Notify us of the items you’re interested in and we will process the sales via email@example.com note: the online store will reflect the actual store price for the FLASHSALE/PROMOTION item.
How long does the Flash Sale last?
It depends on the event but usually no longer than a week unless stated otherwise. Remember to keep an eye on the website & Facebook page!
When will the next event be?
Apart from the emails we send out to our members, please like us on Facebook to make sure that you do not miss out on a Flash Sale or Promotions.
Where can I find sizes?
When viewing a product, sizes can be found by clicking on the "View Size Chart" link on the page below the product visual. Don't forget to go through these before you commit to a size.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Please click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletters received via email or via Email Preferences. Should you have any trouble with the unsubscribe link, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
How can I sign out?
On the header, open the drop-down navigation menu and select the "Logout" option.
How do I update my personal info if it changes?
You can always change your details and preferences by going to My Account. How do I buy something?
How does the checkout process work?
Once you are done selecting items you can click on the Checkout button .You will proceed to the safe interface where you will confirm your details, addresses and payment details.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept EFT & Out Of The Blue Knysna credit.
How safe is it to shop with you?
Extremely safe, our credit card checkout is SSL secure and verified through 3D Secure. Out Of The Blue Knysna doesn’t get access to your credit card information and all credit card details are encrypted. Every precaution should be taken from the consumer’s side to ensure their details are kept safe. We don’t recommend shopping from an internet café or public computer.
Do you give store credit?
Yes, we often have promotional campaigns where you can be sent Out Of The Blue Knysna vouchers or Out Of The Blue Knysna credit that can be used on your account. When it comes to returns, you also have the choice to receive Out Of The Blue Knysna credit.

Are the items in my Cart reserved for me?
Yes, when you add an item to cart it is reserved for 10 (ten) minutes and a timer will start counting down. You can see how much time you have left on the count-down timer by visiting your Cart page. When you add another item to your cart, the timer will be re-set and start from 10 (ten) minutes again. Once the 10 (ten) minutes have lapsed, goods may be removed from the shopping cart or reserved for other customers.
I tried to place an order unsuccessfully and my desired item is now appearing out of stock?
It is possible that the sale has expired or that the item you were trying to purchase was the last one and someone else was purchasing it at the exact same time. Since we host events of such coveted fashion items there is a massive rush. Please ensure that you act quickly to avoid the disappointment of missing out on designer must-haves.
Do your prices include taxes?
How do I know if my order has gone through?
You will receive an email to confirm that you have made a purchase, as well as a follow up email with the invoice.

What is the status of my order?
Please track the status of your order under Track My Order.
Awaiting EFT: We’re awaiting the POP in email@example.com and we will move your order to POP Received once received.
POP Received: Your proof of payment has been received; your payment just needs to clear in our bank account.
Payment Received: Your payment has been successfully cleared; we are just waiting for the stock to arrive for your order before it is dispatched.
Ready for delivery: The stock for your order has arrived at our local distribution centre and It will be dispatched shortly.
In Transit: Your purchase has been packed and shipped.
Delivered: You have received and are enjoying your purchase from Out Of The Blue Knysna.
What does sold out mean?
It means that are COMPLETELY sold out of the specific item.
How long does it take for delivery?
The delivery times change from item to item, depending on where it is being housed when you place your order. Some items can be shipped within one working day of placing an order, while others can take up to 3 to 4 working days.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
We deliver your order to the address specified under My Account.
We have two Delivery options available:
Option 1: Courier Services to deliver to your specified address, courier costs TBC (To Be Confirmed) Option2: To collect at your nearest Out Of The Blue/ Classic Blue store Free of Charge, this may take a few more business days, but we do aim to get it there as soon as possible because we know you are excited for stunning purchase.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

EVERYWHERE (in South Africa).

How do returns and refunds work?
On the off chance you are not 100% happy with your purchase you will be able to return it within 7days for a credit note or exchange for another garment, however this does not apply to Sale and promotion items, to be spent at our stores country-wide and/or our online store. Please note WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS Terms and Conditions
How do I return my purchase?
Please initiate the return by sending us an email with the subject ‘Request New Return’. You will state which items you want to return and provide us with a reason why you are returning, If your request is accepted then you will be able to choose whether you want to return your purchase via Courier (at your cost if you are unable to return your purchase to one of our stores), or return the purchase to your nearest Out Of The Blue stores Country-Wide. Once we have received your returned purchase you will be forwarded your credit note, which can be redeemed instore or online.
What is our Return Policy?
You have 7days to return the parcel. This means that within 7 days of receiving your delivery you will communicate your return request with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We will process your return request within 5 business days of receiving it and we will communicate with you.
Do I pay the shipping charge?

What reasons are allowed for returns?
As long as you return the item in its original state with all the labels attached, you can return it for any reason.
What do I do If I receive the wrong item?
Please submit a Return request for the item and indicate that you received the wrong item Alternatively, you can contact us at email@example.com and we will sort it out for you.
In order to buy a gift voucher email us firstname.lastname@example.org. If you already have a voucher and would like to redeem it, it can be redeemed at your nearest Out Of The Blue store country-wide, or alternatively contact us at email@example.com

For every purchase of R500 a block gets ticked off (This does not include Sale/Promotion Items
Once all 10 blocks are ticked off you will receive R500 off your next purchase, once you’re full ticked off loyalty card has been authorised, this will be redeemable for up to R500
Do you keep my credit card details?
No, all payments are handled by our 3rd party payment gateway provider. We do not see your credit card details when they are entered.
