Out of the Blue is a business in the fashion industry that markets women’s clothing and accessories. We try to make choosing our ranges as easy, convenient and as safe as possible.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days. We offer delivery with Aramex within South Africa for a flat fee of R100. Delivery to “outlying” areas may take a bit longer. In comparison to delivery to main centres. Follow this link to find out which area you fall under, https://aramex.co.za/store-to-door-courier/.

Orders containing 5 or more garments will incur an extra R100 courier fee. This still applies even when promotions are running that state there will be free delivery on orders. In which case you will only be charged for 1 Courier Fee instead of 2.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Just let us know! ootb@iafrica.com

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days, using a door to door or counter to counter service with tracking numbers.
  • The goods may be returned for an exchange.
  • The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please do not remove tags should you wish to return any items.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange used or customer damaged goods.

Please retain your waybill as proof of return. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

All sale items are sold ‘voetstoets’ (denoting a sale in which the vendor is freed from all responsibility for the condition of the goods being sold).

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF SALE ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE OR ONLINE.

NORMAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

A CREDIT NOTE (valid in store) OR AN ONLINE COUPON WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR GARMENT,
PROVIDED THAT THE VENDOR IS NOTIFIED OF THIS REQUEST, AND THE GARMENT IS RETURNED WITHIN THE 7 DAY POLICY.

Loyalty Points

Our loyalty points system is operational, and applies to online and in store purchase if you have signed up to our Loyalty Points program on our website or on our Loyalty Points app.

For every R500 you spend on FULL PRICED items, you will receive 1 Point.

1 Point = R50. These points are redeemable in store with our loyalty points App, as well as on
our website when you’ve created and signed in to your account.

Our Loyalty Points program does not apply to Promotional & Sale items. Therefore, points cannot be earned or redeemed on Promotional & Sale items.

Shipping fees added to online purchases cannot be included in your Loyalty Points.

Specials

Please note that when items are purchased on special and a payment option of EFT selected, payment should be made within the specified promotional period. Should payment for your order be made after this date for the items on special we reserve the right to charge the full price for the item.

Competitions

From time to time, Out Of The Blue may run competitions through its website and other channels. The prizes offered as well as the competition requirements (for winning) may also change from time to time and will be disclosed during the running of the competition.

The winner of competitions will be decided by Out Of The Blue at its full discretion. Out Of The Blue staff and their family members will not be considered for competition winners.

Service Disruption

Out Of The Blue reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to continuously be online, we cannot exclude cases in which the page may be unavailable for a few moments. In rare cases this may cause data loss.

Intellectual Property

Out Of The Blue retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by Out Of The Blue.

Customer Privacy Policy

Out of the Blue takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Out of the Blue bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card aquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Out of the Blue via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.

Changes in general conditions

Out Of The Blue reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time. If you disagree with the general terms you cannot use our service. We will put a notice on the website if there are any changes to the T’s & C’s. You will also be required to accept the T’s & C’s every time you transact on our website.

We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
